While it is accessible 24/7, one side of the lot by the Irish rover is only reserved for EV until 5 Thurs-Sat each day. Don’t park here outside then unless you are eating there. The owner has asked people to leave (makes sense, it’s his lot). However, outside of these hours if that lot is full you can also stretch the cable over to two spots by the public lot right next to it which is unrestricted.
